Bottega Italiana Bali was born out of the desire of Zibiru's loyal patrons yearning for a taste of Italy at home. Today, Zibiru proudly continues to produce an array of homemade Italian treasures under the Bottega Italiana Bali brand. Offerings include fresh pasta, irresistible sauces, premium salumi, artisanal cheeses, jams, pastries, and indulgent desserts. This unwavering commitment ensures that we uphold our unwavering standards of uncompromising quality.

    Classes are held at our sister retaurant, Zibiru in Seminyak:

    • Minimum 2 pax
    • Monday - Saturday, 11am - 1pm
    • Cost: 800k / person (50% deposit required to secure your spot)

    • 2 types of pasta dough (with and without eggs)
    • A handful of popular pasta shapes
    • 2 types of classic sauce
